Stethoscope Characteristics

After reading some negative reviews I was indecisive about ordering from Medshop, but I am glad I did. I ordered a Littmann Classic III Stethoscope (chocolate & copper) and it is exactly what I expected. Both colours match exactly the pictures. I also got an engraving which did not delay the shipping and is perfectly done. Perfect acoustics as well.
It arrived in less than a week - I ordered on a Saturday night and it arrived on a Wednesday afternoon (Sydney metropolitan area).

MEDSHOP, Where is my order ?!
I ordered the Littman Classic 3, 18 days ago, and the tracking link has shown that my order has not moved out of the warehouse yet. That's ridiculous . . The shipping policy says, "Standard delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 business days" . . . yeah right !

Scratched Stethoscope and uncommunciated delays
Ordered a stethoscope on the February 17th and it came scratched on the earpieces. I understood that the returns process must be done through my end and sent it in to Solventum to get assessed. That is okay even though it is an inconvenience and they even reimbursed return shipping. Pretty good! nothing out of pocket but the rest of the experience just gets worse.
The communication that my stethoscope was backordered was terrible however. No mention that I would wait until 14th of April at the earliest to take delivery until I asked. And then the customer service rep made it seemed like I was the one at fault and tried to change my order when I asked if I could purchase an extra stethoscope to use now.
I feel like the delay and communication has not been particularly strong from Medshop. The customer service rep who helped me tried her best but I think there are some issues with Medshop customer service policy.
